ACCEPTED ITEMS: Antifreeze, aerosols, solvents, pesticides, household cleaners, pool and garden chemicals, household and car batteries, lancets (in approved containers), fluorescent light tubes, cathode ray tubes (CRTs), electronics, computers, printers, cell phones, electrical cords, empty propane tanks, fire extinguishers, oil-based paint, latex paint, mercury-containing devices, unused or expired medication (no controlled substance), electronic waste, frying oil, and used motor oil and filters. DO NOT BRING: Explosives, biological waste, ammunition, tires, MAAP gas cylinders, garbage, cardboard or trash, fireworks, tires, radioactive waste, infectious waste, smoke alarms, or business waste. The legal transport limit for household hazardous waste is 15 gallons or 125 lbs.
