The Camarillo Promenade
The Camarillo Promenade features 242,000 square feet of fine retail stores and restaurants, on approximately 29 acres, just off US Highway 101 at Las Posas Road.
The Promenade is located just minutes from the Camarillo Premium Outlets, annually the most visited destination in Ventura County, and just west of the Edward’s Cinemas. The Promenade is also in close proximity to the Camarillo Town Center.
An exciting development will be the new
250-room Marriott Hotel, to be constructed just across Ventura Boulevard from the Promenade. This new hotel will include a conference facility that will seat 500 people for luncheons and many other functions.

NEW PASEO CAMINO REAL CENTER
The Camarillo City Council has approved Paseo Camino Real. This prominent center
will be constructed by Selleck Properties west of Camarillo Town Center and along U.S.
Highway 101.
Paseo Camino Real will include 499,000 square feet of retail and dining space on
approximately 44-acres.
This attractive center will feature architectural references to Mediterranean, Mission,
Monterey, and Early California designs.
