City policy requires that all general-purpose local governments, within six months of the close of each fiscal year, publish a complete set of financial statements presented in conformity with generally
accepted account principles (GAAP) and audited in accordance with generally accepted auditing
standards by a firm of licensed certified public accountants. Pursuant to that requirement, we are
pleased to sub-mit the City of Camarillo’s Compre-hensive Annual Financial Report for the fiscal
year ended June 30, 2009.
