City policy requires that all general-purpose local govern-ments, within six months of the close of each fiscal year, publish a complete set of financial statements presented in conformity with generally
accepted account principles (GAAP) and audited in accordance with generally accepted auditing
standards by a firm of licensed certified public accountants. Pursuant to that requirement, we are
pleased to submit the City of Camarillo’s Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the fiscal
year ended June 30, 2011.
The Camarillo Community Development Commission (CDC) is a component unit of the City and separate annual financial statements are prepared in conformity with GAAP.
