Community Service Grant Program
Community Service Grant funds come from the City of Camarillo and support projects sponsored by non-profit organizations. This does not include city co-sponsored events such as Concerts in the Park, the Holiday Parade, the 4th of July Celebration, or the Fiesta. Those programs are not required to compete in the grant program, as they are included in the normal budget process.

Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
The Community Development Block Grant Program is funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The CDBG funds are used to provide affordable housing, rehabilitate existing residences, renovate buildings in the Ventura Boulevard Old Town area, provide public services to families, seniors and youth and to provide programs for the homeless and those threatened with homelessness.
