Want to access your utility bill online?
All you need is your utility account number, a computer with Internet access, an active email address and the temporary personal identification number (PIN). A randomly generated PIN will be printed on your billing statement just under the service address on the top left corner of the bill. This temporary PIN will continue to display on the statement until you log in and successfully register with your own private PIN (password). Once registration is complete the PIN will no longer display on the statement. 

With this free service you can:
- Make credit and debit card payments (using Visa & Master card) for your Water, Sewer and/or Trash bills.

- View your account information (balance, payment, billing history, consumption history & service summary).

Please note that “Click2Gov” is currently a one-time payment, it is not automatic. It is only set up to use credit cards – Visa & MasterCard, checks are not permitted.

How to register:
Click Click2Gov link to start the registration.  Enter the account number as it appears on the bill, including the “-“ (dash) and the temporary PIN including all and any leading zeros.

If your water is due to be shut off or has been shut off due to non-payment, an Internet payment alone will not stop your water from being turned off or reinstate water service. You must notify customer service at (805) 388-5325 during business hours (Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. except observed holidays) that an Internet payment has been made.

Please note that weekly maintenance tasks are performed each Sunday between 2:00 - 3:00 AM, during which time it will not be possible to access your account.
